White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup White Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbs vanilla
Cream together the peanut butters and the sugar. (You could use a mixer but I just mixed it together with my spoon). Mix in the beaten egg and vanilla. Roll into approximately a walnut size ball. Use fork for criss-cross marks. Bake at 350* for 10-13 minutes.
